The Dockyard (HMNB Devonport) have changed the application form for passes. The form is available on the Club Documentation page. One major change is a requirement to submit a DBS check with the form so please read the application form in full to ensure you provide all the required information.

HMS Drake has also updated the application form for Families' passes. The application form is available on the Club Documentation page. We strongly recommend that if you use this process if you are assigned to HMS Drake, HMNB Devonport or a lodger unit as it is much simpler than the application form for HMNB Devonport.
