Today we welcomed Chrissie Robinson as our new Chairperson taking over from Gareth Bott. Chrissie has a wealth of experience in the South-West Swimming community and we are looking forward to working with her in the New Year and beyond.

Gareth isn't breaking ties with the club completely and will still continue to be poolside supporting swimmers and providing lifeguard cover. He has dedicated a huge amount of effort to regenerating our club post-COVID, and we are all incredibly grateful for all his efforts. He has handed over the club, supported by a wide group of volunteers who assist with the running of the club and will continue to support Chrissie in her new role.

We also said a special thank you to Ruth, who has been our membership coordinator for several years, and to Keith, who will pass on the baton as Club President early in 2026. Their dedication to the club has contributed significantly to the thriving club we have today.
